– 2 shots of espresso – 1 ½ cups of milk – ½ teaspoon red food coloring – ⅓ cup of chocolate chips – 1 teaspoon of vanilla syrup – Whipped cream
In a saucepan, combine milk and syrup until heated.
Remove from heat and add chocolate. Stir until melted completely.
Add in food coloring and stir.
Using your trusty espresso machine, brew two shots of the rich, strong coffee.
Pour the espresso then the smooth chocolate mixture into a tall glass. You can stop here and serve it as is, but adding a dollop of fluffy whipped cream makes this sweet drink even more special.
