Caramel Frappe Recipe

Ingredients:

– 1 cup chilled strong brewed coffee – ½ cup heavy cream – 1-2 tablespoons sugar (to taste) – 2 cups ice – 3 tablespoons caramel – Whipped cream

INSTRUCTIONS:

Blend together heavy cream, sugar, caramel, and coffee. Pulse the mixture until the frappe is somewhat thick but still pourable.

Add ice into the blender and pulse until frozen but pourable.

Pour the caramel-coffee blend into a tall glass, and top the frappe off with a hearty dollop of whipped cream. Punctuate the latte with a drizzle of caramel syrup on top.
