I use an Able Kone filter with my Chemex every morning. The coffee is quite good.

Probably due to the grind size and not the pourover itself.

Typically I can get about half a cup out of the pour over quickly (30 sec), but then the last half a cup takes forever (5+ min) to the point where the coffee isn’t warm.

It doesn’t look clogged per say. Any ideas on what the issue is?

Great list though. There are a few I have never heard of. And, it is a great idea to pick up one of these others for 1 or 2 cup brewing while traveling.
I love my Chemex but do not want to slog it all over while traveling. But I can’t stand the thought of drinking restaurant coffee either! Thanks for the info!
