Bulletproof coffee is another popular recommendation for those who have trouble enjoying black coffee, but we have a few bones to pick with this coffee trend. 

First of all, this coffee has added butter and oil, so it isn’t black at all. And though the stuff boasts a few health benefits similar to black coffee (like weight loss, mood boosts, and increased metabolism), it’s intended to be consumed by dieters and active individuals, not the average joe drinker.
